I have served the citizens of Hamilton County as a judge for over 20 years. I served on the Hamilton County Municipal Court; Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas; and the First District Court of Appeals. I have presided over more than 30,000 cases.
My first priority is to continue my practice of the fair and equal application of the law to everyone that comes before me; second; I will continue my practice of resolving pending civil and criminal cases in an efficient and considered manner relying on my 20 years of experience doing so; third; I will continue to employ competent courtroom personnel to courteously and efficiently assist attorneys and litigants.
