Keeping Greenburgh together-a more cost effective government with better synergy; encouraging youth participation-mentoring young people for government service; careful cost controls-have created a procurement/citizens budget committee; more sidewalks and safety improvements; (next year we will start construction of a new sidewalk from Central Ave, West Hartsdale Ave to the library); working with the Housing Authority to create more affordable housing; museum opening at Odell House; new 14 acre park is being donated at Elmwood Country Club site; applying for grants to address flooding and implementing flood mitigation initiatives; (US Senator Gillibrand recently advised us that her office is helping town obtain $2.5 million grant for Saw Mill River flood control); helping small businesses succeed -cut red tape that keeps building vacant longer; implementing corrective action-forensic report; website should be less political; $20,000 health care buyout is excessive

I am focused on restoring accountability and trust to Town government. An independent forensic report identified a roughly $100 million deficit and serious oversight failures; I will implement a Financial Improvement Plan to guide recovery and demonstrate progress. I support 12-year term limits for Town Supervisor and Town Council to prevent entrenched leadership and bring new perspectives. To help address rising costs, I will launch a housing needs assessment to guide affordable housing development. I will also update Greenburgh’s flood mitigation plan to coordinate infrastructure, maintenance, and environmental goals. I oppose Edgemont incorporation and will seek negotiated solutions that minimize taxpayer costs while ensuring all residents are heard. My priorities also include strengthening fiscal discipline, advancing economic development, building partnerships with village officials, protecting our rights and environment, and ensuring excellent services and recreation programs.
