POLLING PLACE: BATES SCHOOL, 16 ELMWOOD ROADTown Meeting is Wellesley’s Legislative arm of government. It consists of 240 Town Meeting Members elected by precinct. The members are elected for staggered, 3-year terms so that 10 members are elected from each precinct each year in the March annual town election. Depending on vacancies some precincts will have more members to be elected to fill the unexpired seats.Town Meeting is responsible for passing a balanced annual town budget, and enacts all town by-laws. Annual Town Meeting is held in March/April to enact the following year's budget, plus whatever other matters are placed on the Town Meeting Warrant. The Annual Town Meeting begins the last Monday of March and continues on Monday and Tuesday nights until the business is completed. Special Town Meeting may be held as needed for issues that cannot be delayed until the Annual Town Meeting.

Great schools support our property values and can't be compromised. We must scrutinize budget opportunities and be fiscally vigilant while maintaining quality Town services and delivering needed capital improvements. For 13 years, I've brought balanced, constructive and incisive leadership to the Town Meeting floor based on these principles and ask for your vote to continue our collective success.

I am running to represent my neighbors and community. My priorities include 1) fiscal responsibility 2) environmental stewardship and 3) making Wellesley a welcoming place for all.
I am running for re-election to provide my 40+years of experience in the financial world to my fellow residents. As a current NRC board member, I am up to date on the issues of the day and look forward to providing context whenever possible in addressing warrant issues. Top priorities continue to be addressing issues such as open space, housing, and prudent fiscal spending.

Recent construction of and proposed new multi-unit projects have not adequately considered the input of existing residents.

I will work hard to ensure the neighbors and the residents of the Town of Wellesley in general are happy with and buy in to future proposed development projects.

To continue ensuring value for our tax dollars spent and balance carefully the needs of all Wellesley residents, without relying on significant budget and property tax increases. We all need a greater depth of analysis of the issues facing Wellesley and be more open to constructive criticism and alternative points of view in determining our approach to solving problems.

As a lifelong resident, I'm running to give back. I bring expertise in finance as well as contract negotiations to the table. I have three priorities. First, adding a new voice with a fresh perspective on the $200M+ budget. Second, balancing the Town's desire to generate more property taxes with homeowners' desire to maintain existing neighborhood character. Third, supporting our schools.
Relevant Experience I live in Wellesley with my wife, Lily, and two young children Ellie (3) and James (<1).
My priorities: 1) Develop housing that protects the character of Wellesley while adding options where it’s walkable, limits traffic, and supports retail. 2) Prioritize academic excellence by empowering our teachers over bloated admin budgets and holding ourselves accountable. 3) Foster vibrancy across town by supporting local businesses, renovating Morses Pond, and building pickleball courts.
