POLLING PLACE: BATES SCHOOL, 16 ELMWOOD ROADTown Meeting is Wellesley’s Legislative arm of government. It consists of 240 Town Meeting Members elected by precinct. The members are elected for staggered, 3-year terms so that 10 members are elected from each precinct each year in the March annual town election. Depending on vacancies some precincts will have more members to be elected to fill the unexpired seats.Town Meeting is responsible for passing a balanced annual town budget, and enacts all town by-laws. Annual Town Meeting is held in March/April to enact the following year's budget, plus whatever other matters are placed on the Town Meeting Warrant. The Annual Town Meeting begins the last Monday of March and continues on Monday and Tuesday nights until the business is completed. Special Town Meeting may be held as needed for issues that cannot be delayed until the Annual Town Meeting.

Why are you running for this office? What are your top priorities?

I’m running for Wellesley Town Meeting Member to help shape a strong future for our town. As a parent of young kids and a finance professional, I value responsible budgeting, smart development, and strong schools. I’m committed to preserving Wellesley’s character while ensuring thoughtful growth. I will listen to residents and advocate for decisions that benefit our entire community.

Town Meeting is the Town's legislative body. Its members hold a critical responsibility for our municipal governance. The members elected are responsible for decisions that impact more than 29,000 residents, commercial interests, and visitors. Top priorities are, a fiscally responsible and balanced Town budget, housing that reflects the community, a strong academic program, a sustainable future.

I have been a Town Meeting Member since 2018. As a 23-year Precinct C resident, Advisory Committee member, WPS parent, and longtime Town volunteer, I care deeply about the character of the Town, the excellence of our schools and services, and the prudent management of our finances. I want to continue to provide thoughtful decision-making on these and all issues that come before Town Meeting.
