I was raised in a poor family, my father was a trash man and my mother was a home maker. I remember what it was like to choose between food or utilities. I have been representing union members for the last 25 years and want to represent my fellow Kansans. I am currently a Wathena City council member. I’m a blue collar worker and I know what it takes to put 2 kids through college and make ends meet and worry about the rising cost of everything.
