US HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES DISTRICT 12

Each state receives representation in the US House of Representatives in proportion to the size of its population but is entitled to at least one representative. There are currently 435 representatives, a number fixed by law since 1911. Starting in 2024, NC has 14 members of the US House; the NC State Legislature changed the district boundaries in October, 2025. The House shares with the Senate responsibility for all lawmaking within the United States. For an act of Congress to be valid, both houses must approve an identical document. Each representative serves a two-year term. There are no term limits.

Position/philosophy statement I believe that the 12th District needs a working class representative. I am a christian, family man, veteran and small business owner that knows firsthand what the people of this district are facing.

As an Army veteran and small business owner, I'm the best candidate for US House NC District 12. Having overcome childhood trauma and foster care through hard work, I've lived the struggles of working families. Unlike career politicians, I'll prioritize public safety by securing borders and backing law enforcement; cut living costs via tax reductions and deregulation; and advance education with early literacy and parental choice. I'll secure affordable healthcare, curb wasteful spending, and put Americans first—no foreign war funding. My bipartisan focus on economic mobility will restore trust and opportunity for all. L

My first action would be to address safety in the 12th District by forming the 12th District Congressional Anti-Crime Task Force. I will bring together community leaders, faith leaders, the business community and local leaders to develop and implement solutions to reduce crime. I will also bring resources back for our young people to help them get off the streets.
Reduce taxes, increase affordable housing and home ownership and bring resources back for job training.
Bi-partisanship is the key to ensuring a government that best serves the people. While I may disagree with a policy position, I never personally attack opponents or use rhetoric that incites violence.
I believe we need to focus on brining more nuclear energy to NC.
