My background in community leadership, problem‑solving, and public service has prepared me to effectively represent House District 65. I’ve worked closely with local families, businesses, and civic organizations, giving me a clear understanding of the challenges our communities face. I bring strong communication skills, a results‑driven mindset, and a commitment to principled, conservative governance. I’m ready to listen, lead, and fight for the values and needs of the people I serve.
My top priority is fighting corruption and restoring trust in our government. Too many decisions are made behind closed doors, and taxpayers deserve full transparency and accountability. I am committed to exposing waste, rooting out unethical behavior, and ensuring public officials serve the people—not themselves. I also believe property taxes are an unfair burden on families and homeowners, and I will work to end them so North Carolinians can truly own their homes without government overreach.
Education policy must put students and parents first. My priority is ensuring that funding follows the child, not the system, so families have real choices—public, private, charter, or homeschool. We need to cut bureaucratic waste, return decision‑making power to local communities, and focus resources on classrooms, not administration. I support strengthening core academics, empowering teachers, and promoting transparency so parents know exactly what their children are being taught.
Tax policy should empower North Carolina’s economy by letting families and businesses keep more of what they earn. Lower, simpler, and more predictable taxes attract investment, create jobs, and strengthen local communities. I believe government should live within its means, eliminate waste, and reduce the tax burden wherever possible. By moving toward a system that limits or ends taxes that punish homeowners and small businesses, we can promote growth while ensuring residents keep the freedom and resources they need to thrive.
Improving community safety starts with enforcing the law and holding criminals fully accountable. I support strengthening penalties for violent offenders, cracking down on repeat criminals, and ensuring prosecutors do their job instead of letting dangerous individuals back on the streets. I also believe in expanding support for law enforcement, improving training, and giving officers the tools they need to keep our neighborhoods safe. Protecting law‑abiding citizens must always come before protecting criminals.
Our nation is strongest when we honor the principles our Founders laid down and uphold the Constitution as the supreme law of the land. I believe elected officials have a duty to defend individual liberty, limit government overreach, and preserve the God‑given rights that form the foundation of our Republic. North Carolina deserves leaders who respect these timeless truths and govern with integrity, accountability, and fidelity to the Constitution. I am committed to restoring these values and ensuring our state remains rooted in the freedoms our Founders intended.
