We still need greater accountability and transparency in County Government. With Micron promising massive shifts in our local economy and environment, with cuts to Medicaid and other services coming from the federal level, and with threats to democracy throughout our system, residents of Onondaga County need to know that their elected officials are operating in their best interests.

Infrastructure: As we build the future and make preparations for Micron, we need to be certain we're maintaining and improving the roads, bridges, and sewers in our existing community.

Affordable housing: Too many families feel as if home ownership remains out of reach. Rents have risen notably, and Micron's arrival appears to be further tightening an already strained housing market.

Food insecurity: 45% of students in the Liverpool School District and 63% in Solvay are eligible for free lunch. We must ensure access to healthy, affordable food.
When running last year, I pledged to make myself available to voters in a variety of settings, and I am proud to say I have upheld that promise. I've held monthly office hours, attended town and village board meetings, corresponded with voters through multiple platforms, and immersed myself in the community. I still deeply believe in the service aspect of public service, and I welcome the continued conversations ahead of us.
