Rebuilding the Preston Way Bridge is the Village's top priority in the near term. The bridge closing impacts every person in the Village, and it is crucial that we urgently complete the reconstruction.

It is also our responsibility to maintain the long view: guiding future development in the Village, preserving residential neighborhoods, improving driver and pedestrian safety, and ensuring that our local economy thrives so we can continue our tradition of accessibility and affordability.

Mt Kisco deserves a vibrant downtown where businesses have customers who live close and shop local; where families walk and feel welcomed. A bustling center will support our traditionally moderate property taxes, while allowing us to budget for providing robust services, reliable infrastructure, and a high quality of life.

In our neighborhoods, we will prioritize buffering residential areas from commercial zones while we improve the safety of roads and sidewalks for all, throughout the Village.
