North Greenbush Town Supervisor
The supervisor is the town's chief executive and is responsible for coordinating the operations of all town departments, as well as developing and proposing the town budget. The supervisor presides over the Town Council, an elected body that enacts town legislation, passes budgets, and conducts hearings on matters involving town government and serves a 2 or 4 year term.

I have over 25 years experience running a consulting firm helping organizations with planning, budgeting, and securing grants. This will be useful in addressing the significant financial challenges that our town is now facing. I previously served one term on the Rensselaer County Legislature and also served for 14 years as a Hudson Valley Community College trustee. This gives me experience working in government and leading large organizations. I also have a BS degree in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from Dartmouth College.
Fiscal Responsibility: Straightening out the town's financial mess and protecting taxpayer dollars.
Government Transparency: No hiding of town financial information and I will have regular office hours.
Improving Residents' Quality of Life: Implement recommended improvements to improve traffic on Route 4, improve recreational amenities, and make sure our infrastructure can support proposed new development.
I've lived most of my life in Rensselaer County, the last 21 years in the Town of North Greenbush with my wife Sylke and our dog Tyler. I'm also a graduate of Columbia High School. I'm running to solve the serious issues that are plaguing our town and to make a positive difference.
