•Affordability & Economic Security: Housing, healthcare, childcare and everyday costs consume too much of household incomes. I would expand housing and homeownership opportunities, improve access to affordable healthcare and childcare, support small businesses and reduce unnecessary costs passed to consumers. •Neurodiversity, Mental Health & Community Support: These needs are different but often served by disconnected systems. I support coordinated healthcare, education, employment, housing and community services, with earlier intervention, caregiver resources and specialized care. The system should be organized around the person. •Environment & AI: We should anticipate change rather than react to it. I support climate-resilient infrastructure, clean-energy innovation and stronger sustainability standards. America should lead in AI and Web3 innovation while balancing progress with ethical development, responsible guardrails and accountability.

I believe we should fundamentally rethink how we finance federal elections. Running for office should be accessible to qualified Americans regardless of wealth, political connections or access to large donors. I would explore equal public financing for candidates who meet established eligibility and ballot-access requirements, with participating candidates operating under the same spending limit and taking part in public community conversations or debates. I also oppose unlimited Super PAC spending, which could undermine equal candidate financing. A simple principle which qualified candidates should begin from the same financial starting point and distinguish themselves through their ideas, ingenuity, work and connection to the people, not personal wealth or fundraising networks.

I support the Voting Rights Act and its protections against discrimination based on race, color and protected language minority status. I also believe our electoral system should protect minority communities from unlawful vote dilution.

Louisiana v. Callais raises an important tension between equal voting opportunity and the constitutional limits of using race in redistricting. In April 2026, the Supreme Court affirmed that Louisiana’s challenged congressional map was an unconstitutional racial gerrymander.

My priority is preserving meaningful protections against discrimination and vote dilution while ensuring districts reflect current communities and circumstances. As our population evolves, our laws should protect voters while bringing people together rather than unnecessarily separating us. Every eligible voter should have an equal opportunity to participate and have their vote carry meaningful weight.

The federal government should invest in clean energy, efficient buildings and climate-resilient infrastructure with measurable goals that evolve with technology and conditions. We should incorporate resilient design systems, including cloudburst management and sponge city principles, that absorb, store and redirect stormwater and anticipate future climate risks. I support stronger sustainability standards for federal projects and a more connected, accessible, climate-conscious passenger rail system. Internationally, America should lead by example while learning from and sharing successful technologies and strategies. Anticipating what is coming and protecting communities before Americans are forced to recover from preventable losses is builds resilience in our communities.

The US should remain an active leader in international institutions when cooperation advances peace, security, human rights and accountability, while protecting our constitutional responsibilities and national sovereignty. I support U.S. participation in the UN and our commitment to NATO.

I also believe individuals responsible for genocide, crimes against humanity and serious war crimes should be held accountable when their own countries are unwilling or unable to pursue justice.

At the same time, I do not believe the International Criminal Court should override a legitimate American judicial process or replace the authority of our courts over U.S. service members and citizens. The ICC’s Rome Statute is based on complementarity, the Court is designed to complement, rather than replace, national criminal jurisdictions.

We can cooperate internationally, honor our commitments and support accountability while preserving the constitutional authority of American institutions.

Housing: NYC is notba City of equity, but under my leadershipbit will be with programs like T.O.P.A. the Tenants Opportunity to Purchase Act. Strong Communities are Stakeholders, investing in the people that help build these communities.

Public Assistance Reform: My personal experience taught me that Public Assistance program were meant to keep us in an oppressive state "he who controls the money, controlsbthe people." Public Assistance gives you a fish, I want to teach the people how to fish. Strong Families are independent families.

Education & Workforce: Education and training programs that lead to real careers and not dept. HRA Apprenticeship programs that will create pathways to jobs with income in upwards 70-100K. Expanding HS Apprenticeship programs. Real readinessvprograms for prisoners incarcirated, so that they too can rebuild and live with dignity.

The Federal Government should not allow Super Pacts to spend on candidates behalves, or make conrmtributions directly nor indirectly through NGO's/CBO's.

I strongly believe that if all registered voters were able to sign petitions during petitioning season this would eliminate the motivation to gerrymander; after all we are all contituents none the less and voter supression has alway began during petitioning season. It's were many voices have been silenced due to party alliance. Its a form of dividing and conquering that must be put to a stop.

The National Government has to take multiple steps over many actionable fronts, including safe and effective reusable energy while building supportive infrastructure that will not only redirect water from storms but transform and harness that energy into reusable engery.

We must also secure our commonwealths and invest in there infrastructure and recovery plans with similar if not more investments.

We have to take opportunities to not only repair, but improve, and upgrade our local infrastructure as well. This can potentially provide opportunities for other natural service providers to expand businesses outside of their area to service other neighborhoods and create a competitive Free Enterprise that breaks monopolies and creates opportunities, jobs, and competitive pricing that will ultimately benefit the consumer.

The US no doubt has a responsibility and obligation in supporting international institutions such as the United Nations, NATO, and the International Criminal Court, but our responsibility should be no greater then the very own contries that have benefited from the US and its contributions for decades while simultaneously placing heavy tariffs on US products and imports. We have to ensure that everyone plays a part and a role in oder to fairly support one another.

1. End the Housing Crisis. We must decommodify housing, beginning by passing the Homes Act to create a public option and break the private market's stranglehold, and fighting to fully fund NYCHA and repeal the Faircloth Amendment.

2. Abolish ICE. ICE is terrorizing our neighbors and must be dismantled. We need to also investigate and prosecute ICE agents who have broken the law, and push for real immigration reform, creating new pathways to citizenship and investing in making our immigration process more efficient.

3. End Forever Wars and Imperialism. We must reject the doctrine of militarism and build a foreign policy rooted in solidarity, working with the global community to tackle shared threats like poverty, pandemics, and climate change. We must put an end to weapons sales and military aid to Israel, fight for Palestinian freedom, end American imperialism in Latin America, and stand for Puerto Rican self-determination.

The federal government has a duty to ensure that elections are fair and accessible to all candidates, not just the wealthy or those with big-monied backers. In Congress, I would support legislation to ban members of Congress from trading and owning stocks in order to reduce conflicts of interest. I would fight to expand campaign matching fund programs (in line with those that exist in New York City and New York State) to allow working people to run for office without needing the support of wealthy donors. I also support passing legislation to override the Supreme Court’s decision in Citizens United. Finally, I will continue to lead by example by running all of my campaigns free from corporate, real estate, fossil fuel, cryptocurrency, AI, and other interests that don’t align with our movement’s values but who try to influence our elections with big spending.

I am appalled by the gutting of the Voting Rights Act. Racism is baked into our country’s history, and the Voting Rights Act remains vital to ensuring people of color, particularly Black Americans, are not disenfranchised. I support legislation to expand the Supreme Court and establish term-limits for justices, as well as the passage of the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act. Further, the structure of the US Senate, the Electoral College, and the existence of the filibuster are all part of an effort by the right to impose permanent minority rule. We need a mass movement to restore and deepen democracy that puts government in the hands of working people.

I will prioritize a Green New Deal that takes the climate crisis seriously by building publicly-owned renewable energy projects and climate-resilient infrastructure; creating millions of well-paying, union jobs; and making energy cleaner and more affordable for everyone. I will also push for tough AI regulation, so its rapid expansion doesn't increase energy bills, degrade the environment, or lay off millions of workers. Locally, I will prioritize the remediation of the three superfund sites in NY-7, make polluters pay for the damage they’ve done, and work to get rid of the fossil fuel infrastructure poisoning our communities and contributing to climate change. In addition, to treat climate change as the preeminent global threat it is, we must promote global cooperation and solidarity.

War is not a sustainable or moral form of negotiation. The U.S. must work to build a true rules-based order that prioritizes cooperation and where no country or leader is above the law, including the U.S. and its allies. This year the U.S. imposed sanctions on several ICC judges and prosecutors. We should engage with the ICC and abide by international law, not punish the Court for attempting to hold world leaders accountable for their crimes. We can only build a world where the working class thrives by prioritizing diplomacy and engagement. International bodies like the United Nations provide a forum for conflict resolution and problem-solving. NATO, while imperfect, maintains an important alliance that can work to carry out the U.N.’s peacekeeping missions.
