I work as a Project Manager and Managerial Accountant in my family’s construction business, with additional professional experience in marketing and branding. I have worked directly with the day-to-day challenges facing contractors, small businesses, skilled tradespeople and employers in New York, including the importance of worker safety, mental health and well-being.

1. Affordability. Hudson Valley families are squeezed by housing, groceries, energy, health care and taxes. We need lower taxes, less wasteful spending, fewer housing and energy barriers, support for small businesses and good-paying jobs so families keep more of what they earn.
2. Accountability. Elected officials should be present and connected to their communities. Government must be transparent and responsible with taxpayer dollars. I support stronger financial disclosure, federal spending transparency, rooting out fraud, waste and abuse, and banning individual stock trading by Members of Congress and spouses.
3. Opportunity. Every American should have the opportunity to build a good life and a future for themselves and their family. We need stronger career and technical education, financial literacy and pathways to good-paying jobs. We must prioritize mental health prevention, early intervention and affordable care so mental health is never a barrier.
The federal government should ensure election money is transparent, lawful and free from foreign influence by enforcing contribution limits, prohibiting straw and foreign donations, requiring meaningful disclosure and strong verification for online fundraising. These concerns are real: congressional committees are investigating ActBlue’s fraud-prevention and foreign-donation safeguards, allegations ActBlue disputes. Voters also deserve to know when campaign money may intersect with officials’ financial interests. My review of FEC records found over $100,000 from individuals associated with GNYHA, where my opponent’s wife is a VP who works on federal health policy. I do not accept special-interest PAC money and support banning individual stock trading by Members of Congress and spouses. The goal is not to silence political speech, but to ensure transparency, verification and enforcement so voters know where political money comes from and foreign actors cannot finance U.S. elections.
As a member of a biracial family, I am sensitive to discrimination, but my principle is simple: every eligible citizen should be able to vote and every lawful vote protected. Redistricting should comply with the Constitution and Voting Rights Act, protecting against discrimination while ensuring race is considered only within constitutional limits. I experienced election-law litigation personally: a challenge to my petitions could have kept me off the ballot before a judge ruled I could remain. Elections should be decided by voters, not litigation used to eliminate competition. I support reasonable voter ID while ensuring eligible citizens can obtain ID. My opponent voted against the SAVE Act while reporting a $100,001-4250,000 investment in identity-verification company Socure. Identity verification matters in protecting elections. Make voting accessible, verify identity, protect ballots, follow constitutional redistricting rules and let voters choose their representatives.
The federal government should address climate risks through laws enacted by Congress, not agency mandates. Climate policy should rely on current data, recent studies and full cost-benefit analyses and measurable results. We should strengthen the grid and defenses against floods, severe storms and wildfires, invest in emerging energy technologies and expand infrastructure. I support an all-of-the-above strategy including nuclear, hydropower, natural gas, renewables and advanced storage. Government should determine cost, feasibility, reliability, land use and who pays before setting major targets. Ulster County’s Green New Deal called for over 1 million solar panels and 30,000 heat pumps in ten years, showing why that analysis matters. We should reduce emissions without sacrificing affordable, reliable energy or American competitiveness.
I believe in an America First agenda. The U.S. should remain engaged globally and work with allies when it advances our national security, but Washington’s first responsibility is to Americans. I support NATO and collective defense while insisting our allies carry their fair share; members agreed to invest 5% of GDP in defense and security by 2035. The UN can serve important diplomatic and humanitarian purposes, but U.S. participation should require accountability, effectiveness and respect for our sovereignty. I am more skeptical of the ICC. The U.S. never ratified the Rome Statute, and I do not support surrendering authority over Americans or service members to a court whose jurisdiction we have not accepted. We should still support lawful efforts to hold perpetrators of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity accountable. America should insist other nations do their part and never lose sight of the people our government is responsible for serving first: the American people.
