One of the most pressing concerns of constituents in Single Member District 6B04 is community safety. While our neighborhood is experiencing a downward trend in crime, we understand true safety is created and sustained by investments in people and collaboration with all stakeholders. To that end, my priorities include connecting our unhoused and other vulnerable neighbors to resources, ensuring that good neighbor agreements between local businesses and residents are honored, and seeking transparency about police operations.
As a Commissioner, my plans for resident engagement are to hold town hall meetings, create a monthly newsletter, and occasionally knock doors just to check in.
