Middlesex County Surrogate 5 Year Term -Vote for 1A Surrogate is defined as one who takes the place of another. The responsibility of the Middlesex County Surrogate is to serve as the Judge of the Surrogate Court. As per the Constitution of New Jersey, they are elected for a term of 5 years.
