My priorities would include providing a high quality of life for our residents and balancing responsible growth by attracting clean, new businesses and stores while enhancing our recreation, open space, and farms. An important goal would be to continue pursuing
grant funding from Federal, State, and County sources to enable continued improvements and projects for our roadways, parks, walking trails, open space preservation, and public safety.
I support continuing to identify shared services opportunities where appropriate as another avenue to save taxpayer money and keep the municipal portion of the property tax rate flat, while at the same time continuing to provide high-quality municipal services, such as police safety, public works, and our vibrant senior center.
We will continue to maintain open lines of communication through the Township website, e-news blast, Nixle texts, council meetings, and EW police Facebook page. In addition, the mayor and council members attend numerous events in and around the community, like National Night Out, where we interact directly with our residents. We respect different points of view and ideas, and work to address comments through new or revised initiatives and by disseminating further information.
The Township crafted and submitted a Fourth-Round Affordable Housing Plan, with a diversity of projects and approaches toward improving housing accessibility and affordability, while maintaining the Township's overall master plan and zoning. Such housing can assist seniors in staying in the community, help young people get a local start, and provide families with needed assistance for a quality home. The plan includes townhouses, senior citizen housing and housing for veterans, and partnerships with Habitat for Humanity. Developers are required to help support these plans through contributions to a Township Affordable Housing Trust Fund. The Township is committed to continue to make East Windsor an outstanding well-balanced place for as many cultures, and income levels to live and progress.
As a volunteer with Meals on Wheels in Mercer County, I am very aware of groups who are on the margins. As a member of the Council, I would continue to reach out to other resources in our community and within Mercer County to provide safety nets for food, clothing, and housing, as well as health and other social
services.
The Council does not have direction over ICE. The Township and police department steadfastly abide by the existing State of New Jersey directives that we do not, in any manner, assist ICE agents who are undertaking enforcement activity in our community.
I will seek to maintain our East Windsor Council’s outstanding relationship with the local community.

My priorities are to listen to what the residents want done and act on that, have the council minutes published promptly so everyone knows what's going on and have more cops on patrol at night. I plan to work with the current council to get these things done by providing the drive, leadership and courage needed to make changes to better East Windsor Township.
I also plan to monitor the School Board and work with county and state elected officials to keep taxes down.
I plan to use all available government grants to fix the local roads and streetlights to ensure safety of our residents.
As mentioned above, we need to get the minutes of both the Township Council up to date as well as the Planning Board minutes so residents can see what is being proposed and what is going on. Until this is done if elected, I will post online a synopsis of each Council meeting as well as provide details of upcoming major issues being discussed and proposed.
I will speak to people at community gatherings, interact on social media groups and answer all emails and phone calls promptly. I will hold forums to elicit the needs of the community. I will work to find a middle ground for any disagreements among community members.
I will work with other council members to implement this plan and get more data and information that is not available to me right now. We don't know what obligations still need to be met as Planning Board minutes are not up to date (the last Planning Board minutes published were August 2025). I will of course comply with all laws.
There are marginalized groups in East Windsor, and I would work to identify them and what their needs are. I would then work to help them get the services that they need.
We have no role in ICE, that is a federal issue, and we have to obey all laws.
