That means investing in workforce training, apprenticeships, career and technical education, and partnerships with labor unions, community colleges, and local businesses. I would support policies that remove barriers to employment for immigrant families and underserved communities, including improving access to language resources, workforce development programs, and small business support. I also believe we must expand opportunities in growing sectors like healthcare, clean energy, advanced manufacturing, film production, and hospitality so Nevada’s workforce is prepared for the jobs of the future.
