Affordability and Public Education is what I hear when I am talking to residents of Senate District 32. I will continue to fighting for lowing property insurance rates and advocating for public education.
This is ridiculous. Especially for women not born in the United States. Each case will be different we will have to deal with it on a case-by-case basis. For example, a barrier could be a small fee or dealing with another country in which I would be willing to work with the Ambassadors for the Countries to assist.
The Legislature can make larger predicable investments into the SHIP and SAIL program instead of annual appropriations. SHIP provides local affordable homeownership and rental strategies, while SAIL helps finance affordable multifamily development.
I feel very strongly that the government should not at all been involved in denying abortion access. I feel that it is a decision that should be made by the women, her family in health care professional. It is not my decision to make.
Individuals that are elected locally by voters in their community should be able to make the best decision for the local government. There are few times that State should intervene. For example, if a city is taking 5 years to provide permitting for homes or development. That drives up the cost. The City should be able to get it done in 2 years.
No. This is being done intentionally to give tax breaks to corporations. The State will not address it because the State does not have the money to address it.
I hear this all the time from voters. I agree. Reducing property insurance directly helps the homeowner with shifting the burden to renters. In Senate District 32 I have approximately 52% homeowners and 48% renters.
