I bring a combination of real-world business experience, problem-solving, and connection to this community. I’ve worked directly with budgets, employees, regulations, and customers. I understand how decisions made at the county level can impact people trying to make a living.
I’m not coming in to ‘learn government’ at the expense of taxpayers. I understand accountability, I know how to make tough decisions, and I believe in responsible stewardship of public funds.
My top priorities are fiscal responsibility, infrastructure, and public safety. I will push for disciplined budgeting, making sure taxpayer dollars are spent efficiently and transparently, and prioritizing essential services of government.
I will push for clearer, more accessible communication—posting agendas earlier, summarizing major issues in plain language, and using multiple channels like social media, the county website, and local meetings to get the word out.
Growth without water planning is irresponsible. Shutting down growth entirely isn’t realistic either.
We need a balanced, common-sense approach. That means encouraging responsible development that accounts for water availability, supporting conservation efforts, and working with state and regional partners on long-term water planning.
