Judges in probate courts handle the procedures governing the distribution of a decedent’s property in less complicated cases. (More complicated cases are handled by state District Court judges.). Term: Four years; no term limits.

Legal training is not required for Luna County Probate Judge. I am a hard worker with compassion and am able to work with all people well.
I don't know that it currently needs any changes, but if I see that changes need to be made, I am willing to work to do so.

I am an honest, ethical, compassionate, and hard working person with a lifetime of work and life experiences that make me qualified for this job. I believe the office of the Probate Judge is for everyone and I am going to work for all people. This office should not be political and by being an Independent/DTS candidate, I am not under the thumb of any of the major parties. I believe in working hard and being compassionate toward people and helping them by giving them the information needed to make the right decisions for their families. I also will perform marriages when needed. I look forward to serving all people of Luna County and humbly ask for your vote.
