My priorities are fully funding public schools, improving public safety, addressing reckless driving, lowering the rising cost of living, and protecting working families, seniors, and children. As a Milwaukee Public School Board member, I understand budgets, education policy, community needs, and the importance of accountability. I bring lived experience, public service, and a strong commitment to making sure government listens to the people it serves.
The most pressing housing issue is affordability. Families, seniors, and working people are being priced out by rising rents, property taxes, and limited access to safe housing. I would support policies that expand affordable housing, protect tenants from unsafe conditions, help seniors stay in their homes, and invest in home repair and first-time homebuyer programs.
I support a fair, transparent, nonpartisan redistricting process before the next census. Voters should choose their elected officials, not the other way around. Maps should be drawn with public input, clear rules, protection for communities of interest, and strong safeguards against partisan gerrymandering.
As a current school board member, I have seen firsthand the challenges schools face due to inadequate funding. I will advocate for increased state support for public education, including fully funding special education reimbursement so local school districts are not forced to divert resources from general education programs.

I will also support investments in early childhood education, mental health services, school-based supports, bilingual education, career and technical education, and recruitment and retention efforts for educators. Students with disabilities deserve access to individualized services, qualified staff, and inclusive learning environments. Every child should have the resources necessary to succeed academically and social
Economic development is important, but it must be balanced with responsible oversight and community protections. I support reasonable guardrails that protect water quality, air quality, public health, and local property values. Large-scale projects, including hyperscale data centers and CAFOs, should undergo transparent environmental reviews and be held accountable for their impact on local communities.

I support strong water-use monitoring, environmental reporting requirements, and opportunities for meaningful public input before major projects are approved. Communities should understand how these projects may affect infrastructure, energy consumption, traffic, and local resources. Any economic incentives provided to developers should inc
