Greetings Minnesota Voters! As Governor Thomas Evenstad I believe our most important challenges are our partisan, gridlocked lawmakers, our biased, corrupt media and our failed criminal system from cops to courts. Additionally, Federal government overreach and tyranny are extraordinary threats also calling for tough, tested leadership I argue I alone possess of the Governor candidates (15-16) still standing. I have 30 years of brutal experience fighting for my own freedom and justice from wrongful conviction by Amy Klobuchar as Hennepin County Attorney 27 years ago. In my fight for personal justice, I've taken the yoke of all of Minnesota residents who've been badly treated. My VDP Act Mariah's Law Bill cuts gun violence 64%.
Failed, racist law enforcement leadership, complicit media, soft on crime Soros DA'$ Mary Moriarty and John Choi. As Governor, I'll have Mary Moriarty and John Choi under criminal investigation Day 1 and expect both replaced very quickly. I'll enact my Violently Dangerous Persons Act Day 1 cutting gun violence 64% and freeing up about a billion wasted tax dollars each year from Amy Klobuchar's $1.75B Police State Budget.
I'll be Eradicating Gangs in Minnesota starting with "One Minnesota".
Stop the wildfires cold if I have to train prisoners to effectively prevent fires from polluting our air. I'll have well vetted, qualified, independent people dealing with the issues surrounding climate change.
Everything possible. As Governor I'll have the very best people in Cabinet level positions more educated, knowledgeable and policy oriented than I currently am. Public Safety is my area of foremost expertise: I'm independently rated #1 in Minnesota in Public Safety over anyone, not just Gubernatorial opponents. I will be a very strong Governor working on healthcare and protecting women's rights being raised primarily by my Mom and lesser degree my older Sister and influenced by them both.
As Governor, I'll support any an all actions to address successfully racial and ethnic disparity. My Outsider Evenstad For Governor Campaign is One Love vs One Minnesota as I'll lead with love if you'll vote for Thomas Evenstad For Governor on or before August 11. I believe in Bob Marley Social Justice and as Governor, I'll be appointing people of diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds and under my Administration and LEADERSHIP, will unite Minnesota from the current violent, divisive State.
All. As Governor, I'm going to cut spending and taxes more dramatically than any prior Governor as I know how to squeeze a dollar 💵 more than any of my wealthy opponents. I'm a working man with a Working-class Campaign and Platform to help Minnesotans struggling. I'm ending Property Taxes as Governor and will be giving budget surpluses I create directly to you, the people. By responsibly cutting waste fraud abuse in government we eliminate property taxes and increase Public Safety.
Eradicate gangs. Lock up criminals. Disincentivize welfare moochers and businesses will be unleashed in Minnesota. I'll help farmers, all industries and together make Minnesota a place businesses come to instead of fleeing. I'll invest in people who are business owners and help them help their employees.

Minnesota faces three major challenges: affordability, government accountability, and workforce development. Families and businesses are struggling with rising costs, while taxpayers deserve greater transparency and oversight of public spending. I would strengthen fraud prevention, improve government transparency, and pursue policies that make Minnesota more affordable for families and employers. We must also invest in education, workforce training, and skilled trades to prepare the next generation for success. Finally, I believe government should listen to the people most affected by its decisions and focus on practical solutions that strengthen communities, create opportunity, and make Minnesota a beacon of hope, not a beacon of taxes.
Public safety begins with safe communities, effective law enforcement, and accountability at every level. Minnesotans are concerned about violent crime, drug addiction, fraud, and declining trust in public institutions. I support giving law enforcement the training, tools, and resources needed to protect the public while emphasizing de-escalation, professionalism, and community engagement. We must also address the root causes of crime through mental health services, workforce opportunities, and
Minnesota's natural resources are among our greatest assets. I support practical environmental policies that protect our lakes, rivers, farmland, forests, and the Boundary Waters while encouraging innovation in energy efficiency and responsible development. We should invest in clean energy technologies, modern infrastructure, and conservation efforts that reduce waste and strengthen our economy. Environmental policy should be based on measurable results, local input, and common-sense solutions t
Minnesotans deserve access to quality healthcare regardless of where they live or their income level. I support efforts to reduce healthcare costs, increase access to providers, strengthen rural healthcare services, expand mental health resources, and improve affordability of prescription medications. Decisions regarding reproductive healthcare should remain between a woman, her doctor, and her faith or personal beliefs. My focus is on ensuring Minnesotans have access to affordable, high-quality
Every Minnesotan deserves a fair opportunity to succeed. I support policies that improve access to quality education, workforce training, affordable housing, healthcare, and economic opportunity in communities facing persistent challenges. State government should identify barriers to success, measure outcomes, and invest in programs that produce results. My focus is on expanding opportunity, strengthening communities, and ensuring every Minnesotan has access to the tools needed to build a succes
I support transparent government, strong fraud prevention, regular audits, and clear reporting on how taxpayer dollars are spent. Every program should be evaluated based on results. Minnesota should pursue innovative ways to generate revenue, reduce waste, and lessen long-term reliance on taxes while maintaining essential services. Fiscal responsibility means protecting taxpayer dollars and ensuring government lives within its means.
I support building a self-sustaining Minnesota that relies less on continually increasing taxes and more on growing opportunity. Our state should encourage entrepreneurship, support small businesses, strengthen workforce development, and attract investment that creates good-paying jobs. As the North Star State, Minnesota should be a beacon of hope, opportunity, and innovation—not a beacon of taxes. My goal is to create an economy where businesses can grow, workers can prosper, and government liv

The most important challenges to address are healthcare and housing. The solution is the Minnesota Health Plan, Minnesota’s single-payer healthcare fund that politicians can never touch and always pays for your healthcare, including senior care, long term care, and disability services. The bill for the Minnesota Health Plan is complete, it just needs a willing governor’s signature. To address housing costs, we need a 3% cap on annual rent increases so your rent stops outrunning your paycheck. We must also limit the amount of housing private equity firms can buy. We must also build more housing across the state, especially in greater Minnesota.
The biggest public safety concerns include ICE agents that are kidnapping our neighbors and killing Minnesotans in the street. ICE is making our communities unsafe with masked agents and unmarked vehicles. I will work with the Legislature to prohibit local law enforcement officers from cooperating with federal ICE agents, require them to be unmasked, prohibit them from using state property and facilities, and prohibit ICE agents from safe spaces such as hospitals, schools, and places of worship.
We need to pass a bonding bill that fuels green energy projects across the state. We also need to expand public transit options across the state to reduce the amount of emissions, especially because the cost of gas and maintenance remains elevated. I also believe we need to rescind mineral leases for copper nickel mining to ensure our Boundary Waters stay pristine. Also, building on the 100% clean electricity law, we should ratchet down emissions from gas utilities to net zero by 2050.
The federal government should never be allowed to pull the rug out from under Minnesotans again. We need universal single-payer healthcare called the Minnesota Health Plan. It will take two years to build and implement. In the meantime, we need to finish the public option so no one has to go without healthcare. I will also work with the Legislature to make sure that insurance companies cannot deny reproductive care, fertility treatments, or abortion services.
Economic justice will be at the forefront of our policy priorities. I support the 2026 United Black Legislative Agenda which includes the creation of a Black Capital Fund and summer jobs program for youth. We also need to make sure that immigrant communities are supported by making sure the state is not assisting with ICE, so they can have stability in the home, at work, and in their communities. I will work to fund career pathways for minorities into healthcare and education.
I will direct the Inspector General up at the powerful, not down at Minnesota families. I will fund the Departments of Education, Health, and Human Services first, then build the budget around their needs. I will fight for a progressive corporate tax rate where small businesses pay less, and large corporations pay a higher tax rate. I will fight for a 2% wealth tax on assets above $15 million while exempting small businesses and farm land, so paper rich, cash poor families aren’t hit.
The two largest industries in rural Minnesota are education and healthcare. Teachers should make at least $60k/year. I will fight for universal healthcare that includes nursing homes, group homes, and long-term care. I will fight for increases to reimbursement rates for care, so rural communities receive stable financial resources. I will fight to make sure we have business loans available in rural Minnesota so businesses can support young people that move back to their rural communities.

The most important challenge facing our state is Israel and the Epstein class capturing and influencing MN politicians and state to raise the cost of living by continuing to poison, steal, and profit off working class people. Turning us into their forever patients, their forever cash cows. With the risk of getting drafted by the Epstein Class for their Epstein wars. And our health care being equivalent to 3rd world countries while health insurance has increased.
I would address this by protecting MN from getting drafted. Ban Israel and the Epstein class from getting involved with MN politicians and state. Eliminate all state property, income, and sales tax. Tax the rich Epstein class. Improve our health care and reduce health insurance.
The biggest public safety concern is the Epstein class acquiring immunity from poisoning, stealing, and profiting off the working people's pain and suffering. Big Ag & Big Food lacing our food and waters with dangerous cancer causing chemicals like Glyphosate to get us sicker. While they AI Data centers are being built to cause further environmental damage.
I would stripe the Epstein class of their immunity, sue them, and force them to clean up the toxic chemicals in MN. And Ban AI Data centers.
Our government should protect people, not powerful interests. I'd ban chemtrails, restore clean water, protect our forests, and invest in affordable clean energy. Minnesota can lead by putting public health, our environment, and working families first.
First, I'll raise Minnesota's healthcare standards to match the best in Europe while drastically lowering healthcare and insurance costs. But we must also address the root cause of chronic illness: ultra-processed food. Every Minnesotan deserves access to real organic food and clean water. Better food means better health, fewer chronic illnesses, and less strain on our healthcare system. It's time to put people over profit.
We can't build safer communities by punishment alone. We need to bring people together. I want representatives from every community to sit down, confront problems honestly, and work toward real solutions through mediation and accountability. We should learn from restorative justice practices, where the goal is to repair harm, rebuild trust, and strengthen communities—not simply punish people and leave everyone worse off.
Fiscal responsibility means putting MN before Israel and the Epstein class. I'll create a Minnesota DOGE to audit every dollar, ensure taxpayer money isn't wasted on special interests for the Epstein class, and provide full transparency on where every dollar goes. I'll tax the rich, eliminate state property, income, and sales taxes for working families, and invest in world-class healthcare that lowers long-term costs through prevention, better care, and healthier communities.
I want to restore the economy to the 1950's-1960's where 1 man had 1 job that paid for 1 household. I'll eliminate state property, income, and sales taxes for working families by taxing the rich instead. I'll tax foreign goods to bring manufacturing back to Minnesota, build world-class healthcare, and ensure every family has access to the best healthiest food and cleanest water in the world. A strong economy starts with healthy people and lower costs. A healthy MN is a wealthy MN.
