Healthcare: Loss of quality, affordable care. For remaining rural facilities to survive, we must protect Medicaid and ACA plans. Fair taxes, revenue for infrastructure. A combination of income, property and sales taxes is required. Increase tax burden on middle- and low-income families is poor economics. Democracy /individual rights. People not money. My body, my choice.
Increase funding of public schools. We need a rational robust budget that funds social infrastructure including public schools. We must fight back and forward to stop the intentional downsizing of Missouri government. We must use expertise and ethics to improve our state and the welfare of our citizens. We need effective strategies to listen to folks and engage citizens.
