Riverton City Council Members serve four-year terms. There are no term limits. Each Council Member shall receive $1,500 per month. Each Council Member is also eligible for a public employee pension and an optional 457(b). Each Council Member must be a resident of the ward for at least one year preceding the election and a registered and qualified elector.

I am running for a position on the City Council because I see opportunities for the City Council to improve the lives of the citizens of Riverton. Additionally, I see a need for local government to be more accessible to the average person, and for the average person to feel more able to get involved and influence the change they want to see in their community.
No. I support a sales tax that funds only services provided to all those who contribute and keeps those tax dollars local.
I have no detailed information supporting or refuting a housing supply issue in my community. Should the information exist, I would be happy to discuss the situation and solutions to potential issues with any member of the Riverton community.
I would define a vibrant and livable town as a place where the citizens are predominantly free to go about their own pursuits in a community that supports and organizes the ability to live the life that each citizen works to create for themselves.
