My top three priorities are strengthening infrastructure, ensuring fiscal responsibility and making county government more efficient and transparent. I want Jefferson County to manage growth proactively, invest taxpayer dollars wisely and deliver responsive, accountable government that earns the trust of the people it serves.
As a Marine Corps veteran, husband, father of four and community leader, I understand the importance of service and accountability. Professionally, I've spent more than 15 years managing complex initiatives, large budgets and diverse teams. I believe those experiences have prepared me to lead Jefferson County responsibly and effectively.

1) Expand recycling opportunities throughout the county. 2) Build a recreational center or community lake. This would give residents further access to outdoor activities such as fishing, kayaking and bicycling. 3) Protect our rural heritage.
I have a master’s degree in public administration. I volunteered at the city of Hillsboro where I was taught how to run a municipality and was able to obtain a grant for the city park. I have been one of the Jefferson County parks commissioners for more than 10 years. In this role, I learned the county processes and policies while representing the parks department.

Transparency, safety and communication must be the foundation of our county government. If residents do not know what is happening, they cannot participate. If they feel ignored or afraid to speak up, their voices are lost. Finally, when people are not told the truth, misinformation spreads and division grows.
I bring common sense, practical real-world experience and accountability. As a small business owner and job creator, I understand budgets, payroll, problem-solving and making tough decisions. I am also not accepting any outside campaign money, so all of my attention can remain focused on the residents, because they are who I am held accountable to.

Undersheriff/chief financial officer, Jefferson County Sheriff's Department
My top priorities are responsible growth, transparent government and fiscal stewardship. Jefferson County must invest in infrastructure and public safety before growth outpaces our resources, communicate openly with residents and manage taxpayer dollars with the same discipline that families use to manage their own budgets.
I bring years of executive leadership experience in Jefferson County government, serving as undersheriff and chief financial officer. I've managed large budgets, led hundreds of employees and made critical decisions under pressure. My proven leadership and fiscal management experience have prepared me to lead county government on day one.
