I am passionate about championing public policies that bolster working families, supporting unions, fully funding public schools and ensuring affordable healthcare. I am passionate about polices that protect a woman's right to reproductive health. I also want to regulate data centers' energy and water use while not affecting rates or usage by citizens.
Why did our legislators underfund schools by $190 million? Why does the MOScholars program fund private schools with $60 million? Special interests are siphoning public tax dollars to private interests and it has to stop. I will work tirelessly to eliminate tax dollars going to any private interest. We should fund the public's interests first.
