Occupation Politician, foreign policy specialist
I'm very passionate about affordable healthcare and senior care, women's rights, reproductive rights and the LGBTQ+ community. Everyone should have equal rights as citizens of this country. In recent years the Missouri Legislature has been taking away the basic human rights of Missourians. This is simply unacceptable and I won't allow that to happen.
My top priority would be to work day and night with members of my own Democratic party to ensure that all Missourians are treated with dignity and respect regardless of their race, ethnicity, religion and sexual orientation. We are all equal citizens. I will work with both sides of the aisle to make sure that my voice is heard loud and clear in Jefferson City.

Gerrymandering in Missouri is undermining our democracy. When district lines are drawn to dilute votes rather than represent communities, we all lose. I am committed to fair, constitutional maps that give every Missourian, urban and rural, an equal voice in their government. If we lose the power of our vote, democracy no longer exists.
As your state representative, I will fight for fair, constitutional maps that truly reflect our communities. I will champion the creation of a nonpartisan redistricting commission, removing map-drawing power from politicians who benefit from rigged boundaries. I will introduce legislation to ban mid-decade redistricting and ensure new maps are only drawn after a census.

I believe public officials are obligated to use their opportunities and passions to help others and I have a strong track record of doing so. I have always been passionate about achievement in education, responsible budgeting and reducing poverty through ethical economic development. Effective policy in those areas will ensure a prosperous future for all Missourians.
Going into next year, our state will be facing billions of dollars of budget cuts. Yet we must deliver the education and healthcare our children need and deserve. I will always strongly advocate for what is best for our children's future. I will be a serious and pragmatic legislator, offering experience and real solutions.

I’m passionate about making government work for the people. I cofounded and led in the 2024 campaign to enshrine the right to reproductive freedom in our constitution, successfully defending it in court five times so Missourians could vote on it. Raised by a public school teacher and a barber, I am also passionate about strong public schools and thriving local businesses.
I'll work to protect fundamental freedoms and improve affordability for Missourians. As a constitutional lawyer, I know how to push back against political overreach and I'll support access to healthcare and strong public schools. For more than a decade I’ve worked in statewide policy, building coalitions across the aisle. I will bring that experience to the Legislature.
