Community and business empowerment: strong businesses support strong neighborhoods which in turn create economic growth and improves the overall well-being of the city. I believe in using public funds for fully-funded public school education. I am passionate about public safety and ensuring citizens of all ages have safe, sanitary and affordable housing.
To promote public safety and strengthen public education efforts, I would advocate to utilize TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) funds and general revenue to fully fund the Office of Violence Prevention, which has substantially contributed to lowering St. Louis city's overall “crime” rate.

My family has lived in Jeff-Vander-Lou since 1969, so policy here is personal. I care most about our children, family wealth that stays in the family, public safety that includes the clinic and the bus and not only the police, and the dignity of the elders who built everything we inherited. I have watched the state forget this place. That ends with us.
Disaster recovery and the stability of our homes. When the May 2025 tornado tore through north St. Louis, elderly and grieving homeowners could not even claim relief because probate had not cleared and the deadlines ran out. My first priority is emergency succession authority, so a family can act fast and save the home a storm tried to take.
