I am very passionate about correctional reform, homelessness and affordable housing, and substance use issues. These issue areas are deeply interconnected and I believe that addressing them requires practical, evidence-based solutions that improve outcomes for individuals and reduce recidivism.
My top priority for the 2027 legislative session will be focusing on the state operating budget because the operating budget determines how we invest taxpayer dollars in essential services such as K-12 education, higher education, public safety, behavioral health, transportation and programs that support working families and seniors.

I am passionate about school choice. As the father of three children, I have seen firsthand how our kids are failed by the St. Louis Public Schools.
My top priority is bringing St. Louis city back into St. Louis County. The city and county, whatever our differences, exist in symbiosis. As the city flourishes, so will the county, the region and the state as a whole. Keeping St. Louis city as its own county causes massive redundancies, hurts our crime reporting and makes it harder for us to do business.
