Public education funding, tax funds being allocated to the public, lowering the cost of insurance and respecting the will of the voters.
Fix funding for public education, in line with the constitution, by 1) eliminating MOScholars and forcing the return of public funds gifted to private institutions; and 2) ensuring that gambling funds go towards public education as intended. I would refund the pre-gambling revenue funding amount and then use the revenue to increase the funding.
