The Constitution. I still have my Constitution booklet from the fourth grade and will require all legislation to pass the constitutionality test. My priorities are the citizens of District 3 and the Constitution. Congress should perform its coequal branch of government responsibilities. The main page of my website, fraserforcongress.com, talks more about my priorities.
I am working on my own plan to balance the budget. It will not be easy but we have no choice. We do not want to find out how close we are to the economic catastrophe that Greece endured due to overspending. Addressing this priority will require all spending to be on the table. Protecting Missouri farmers and all citizens from bad legislation is also a top priority.

The U.S. government has become bloated with costly inefficient bureaucracy and self-serving politicians. An army of bureaucrats live off of our taxes. There is a budget crisis in the federal government. Most congressmen realize this but lack the courage and discipline to do anything about it. I want to trim excessive government spending.
We need to balance the federal budget. I would abolish outdated, costly and inefficient federal agencies, in particular the education department. The current Congress tried and failed to do this. As of several years ago, the USA had dropped to 30th internationally in one measure of student performance. However, we were fifth in cost per student.

Kids and technology. I make digital content for a living, so I know how these platforms are built to hold your attention. As a mentor/advisor to young adults, it concerns me. As a dad to a three-year-old, it frightens me. I've always been an early adopter for emerging tech. But we can't make the same mistakes with AI that we did with social media. We need regulation now.
My top priority is overturning Citizens United. We must pass something akin to the "Citizens Over Corporations" or "We The People" amendments so that corporations, foreign entities and billionaires are not able to use unlimited funds to buy the politicians they prefer.
