Veterans benefits and veteran care are very near and dear to my heart, after 11 years in the Marine Corp I decided my service shouldn't stop there. I mentor for several veteran groups and I spent a year becoming a Veteran Service Officer to help Veterans with their disability claims. The fact that Missouri is so far behind the rest of the country when it comes to Veteran benefits makes me very angry and I want to work to get our Veterans the benefits they deserve. My second passion is teachers and public-school funding. Teachers need a living wage and need to be able to live their own lives, not spend their own money for supplies for their class room and have the time to love what they do.
I am genuinely appalled by the school voucher program, it looks to me like political burglary, stealing funding from public schools for the unaccountable private schools. I want private schools to be accountable just like public schools in order to get their funding.

I am passionate about policies that make life more affordable, strengthen public education, support veterans and seniors, and improve access to mental health care. As a disabled Army veteran, single father, and working-class Missourian, I understand the challenges families face when trying to afford housing, childcare, groceries, healthcare, and utility costs.
I believe every child deserves a quality public education, every veteran deserves the benefits they earned, and every senior deserves access to affordable healthcare and prescription medications. I am committed to protecting and fully funding our public schools, supporting small businesses, expanding mental health resources, and ensuring government remains accountable and transparent to the people it serves.
Our campaign is centered on putting people over politics and making sure families, not special interests, have a voice in Jefferson City.
My top priority in 2027 is addressing affordability and lowering the cost of living for Missouri families. Too many people are working hard but still struggling to afford housing, groceries, childcare, healthcare, and utility bills.
I would support legislation that provides targeted tax relief for families and seniors, expands access to affordable childcare, increases the availability of workforce and affordable housing, and protects funding for public education and essential services. I also believe Missouri should invest in workforce development and support small businesses, which are the backbone of our local economy.
As a State Representative, I will evaluate every piece of legislation through a simple question: Does it make life better and more affordable for the people of District 39 and Missouri? If the answer is no, I will advocate for solutions that put people first and strengthen the economic security of our communities.
