My qualifications are proven results and not rhetoric. I was the first in Platte County to require an ID for all walk in quit claim conveyance to protect against property fraud. I instituted a first in the nation biometric deed fraud program. Implemented our Record Notification System to further combat deed fraud.

I have modernized the office and placed all records, digitized and indexed back to patent (1838) with NO general revenue impact to the taxpayers.

Worked with commissioners to allow my copy and subscription fees to be returned to my office so we could purchase proper shelving to protect the bindings of our historical deed books. Again, with NO general revenue impact to the taxpayers.
My priorities foe the next year will be to finish on-going projects of modernization and continue to serve the taxpayers in an efficient, effective and transparent manner in which I have delivered, above and beyond for my first 3 years since I have been in office.
