There is one political party Primary election for this race: Republican. All Republican affiliated and unaffiliated voters will be eligible to cast a vote in this race. Unaffiliated voters will receive both DEM and REP ballots. Unaffiliated voters must return only ONE ballot. As per the Constitution, the U.S. House of Representatives makes and passes federal laws. The House is one of Congress's two chambers (the other is the U.S. Senate) and part of the federal government's legislative branch. Representatives are elected to a two-term office serving the people of a specific congressional district.The House has several powers assigned exclusively to it, including the power to initiate revenue bills, impeach federal officials, and elect the President in the case of an electoral college tie. My name is Christina Blunt, life long Republican, and I want your vote to represent You in Congress for Colorado CD 2. I am a business owner, single Mom, and strong constitutionalist. I stand on Christ and the Bible, the Constitution and Bullets. I believe in affordable Home for generations, affordable Healthcare, and affordable Higher Education, to include College, technical trades, chefs, barbers, hairstylists, plumbers, electricians, construction workers, and all of the foundational people in careers that keep this country moving. I am a long time resident of Colorado. I learned how to swim in the Steamboat Springs Swimming Pool, I spent pre K- 3rd grade in Craig & Hayden. If you truly care about people, to help the most people, we must help them where they are, in their home countries. As explained in the video below, compassion starts at home, in their home country. We must take out the cartels, terrorists, and gangs of the world that suppress their people. The whole world will prosper.
