Partial term. Vote for not more than one.Duties of the Township ClerkThe Township Clerk maintains accurate records of all township activities and conducts voter registration and elections. This person issues notices for special meeting, publishes minutes of board meetings and keeps the township book of oaths and the township ordinance book. The clerk also maintains a general ledger, prepares warrants for township checks and prepares financial statements.
