As Mayor, I will focus on bringing in new revenue through grants and other sources, executing a multiyear plan to improve roads and sidewalks, expanding safe-streets initiatives for pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers, and supporting downtown revitalization that strengthens businesses and makes the Village center more vibrant. I also support partnering with neighboring municipalities to expand shared services that reduce costs for residents.

For the past five years I've been proud to call Larchmont home. That pride, however, is tinged with concern. I'm running for mayor because I've observed a sustained failure of governance with real consequences for residents. Those failures are not theoretical. They are visible in our crumbling streets, in infrastructure projects that repeatedly fall short of expectations, and in village initiatives that promise improvement but end in fiasco. Recalibrating Village government must begin with a hard, honest assessment of how our local departments actually function. Too many processes are outdated, redundant, or designed around habit rather than effectiveness. Waste and inefficiency thrive in systems that lack clear metrics, modern tools, and accountability. As mayor, I will insist that every department be evaluated against objective standards: what it costs, what it delivers, and whether it serves residents in a timely and professional way. I will demand accountability and integrity.
