Affordability – Westchester families are struggling with rising costs and uncertainty from cuts at the federal level. As a County Legislator, I will fight to protect essential services, invest in working families and seniors, and ensure Westchester remains a place where people can afford to live, work, and raise a family.
Flood Mitigation – Repeated flooding in the district continues to damage homes, disrupt lives, and threaten public safety. We need aggressive county action to strengthen stormwater infrastructure, secure state and federal resources, and implement long-term solutions that protect our neighborhoods.
Infrastructure & Accessibility – Westchester’s roads, bridges, and transportation hubs are critical to our economy and quality of life. I will advocate for modern, reliable infrastructure investments that improve mobility, reduce congestion, and ensure seniors and residents with disabilities have safe and accessible transportation option throughout the county.

Graduate of West Virginia State University with dual degrees. My education and professional experience have informed my work in public service, community advocacy, and leadership.
Prior Civic Service
My prior civic service includes work as an aide to the Yonkers City Council, election technician with the Westchester County Board of Elections, labor leadership, and extensive community advocacy. I have also served in leadership roles with the Yonkers Branch of the NAACP, PTSA, women’s political organizations, and civic groups across Westchester.
