The Bellaire City Council, made up of six at-large members, and the Mayor serve as the city’s legislative body. Council Members set local policy, pass ordinances, approve the budget, and oversee city services, while the City Manager handles daily operations. Members serve 4-year terms with term limits. Their decisions directly shape Bellaire’s community and quality of life.
