The ultimate goal of Common World is AUTOMATED ERA, which I have described in a book and promoted worldwide. Social evolution has already begun with AI replacing human labor.
When Xiong Jingchao becomes SF representative in Congress, the SF Bay Area will be upgraded to Home. I will establish a Social Management Institute, refine the compilation of 24 courses, and passing the exams in these courses will become a qualification for officials. 所以Common world對淡水資源的充足供應是軍事功能之一，軍隊擁有無限的資源。 從建築水庫儲水，改造河流便於循環。種植樹木以便提高降雨機率，以及光合作用吸收二氧化碳等等都是軍事功能。在無限資源的保障下，所以顧慮都不會產生。
在我的學生時期，我的第三個專業是環境保護，課程內容主要是污水處理，所以我有能力輕鬆立法規划淡水供應和水質問題。
