My agenda is clear: driving investment in District 3 to improve infrastructure, make housing affordable, and support economic opportunity for Pomona families. However, I know I can't do these things alone. They require the support of residents, businesses and the broader City Council. I'd ask voters to measure my success in these efforts, but also to measure by my persistence as we work together to improve our city.
Pomona is more than where I live — it is the community that shaped me. For over 35 years, I’ve been proud to call Pomona home, and it is where my husband and I are building our future and raising our family.

But like many communities across California, Pomona families face real challenges. Housing affordability, the condition of our parks, and thoughtful neighborhood planning affect whether families can truly thrive here. Our residents deserve stability, opportunity, and a city government that listens and acts.

As the District 3 Councilmember, I have worked to meet these challenges head-on. A graduate of Pomona Unified and Saint Mary’s College of California, I became a public school teacher in 2012 and have dedicated my career to serving our community. From helping lead the Save Our Pomona Public Library and One Pomona campaigns to serving as a city commissioner and as treasurer and current president of the Friends of the Pomona Public Library, I have always believed that strong communities are built through service. I am also a member of the National Women’s Political Caucus and served as Pomona/Inland Empire chapter president from 2021-2026. Over the past four years on the council, I have fought for housing affordability, improved parks, and responsible zoning policies that support our neighborhoods.

Imagine a Pomona where families can afford to stay and build their futures, where our parks are vibrant gathering places, and where thoughtful planning protects the character of our neighborhoods while creating opportunity for the next generation.

That future is within reach, but there is more progress to be made. With your support and my family’s encouragement, I am ready to continue serving District 3 with integrity, energy, and dedication. I respectfully ask for your vote so we can keep moving Pomona forward together.
