Ballot Designation
Disaster Recovery Specialist
Candidate's Political Party
Non Partisan
My top three priorities are restoring accountability in County systems, addressing homelessness through coordinated care, and strengthening public safety and community stability.
First, accountability. The County is investing significant resources, but outcomes are not always clear. I will prioritize real-time tracking of results, stronger oversight, and ensuring programs deliver measurable outcomes.
Second, homelessness. This requires more than housing. Mental health, addiction, and access to care must be addressed together. I will focus on building a coordinated system with clear pathways from crisis to stability.
Third, public safety and stability. Communities need to feel safe and supported. That includes improving coordination between services, supporting first responders and providers, and ensuring residents can access essential services without barriers.
My approach is simple, focus on what works, fix what does not, and deliver results people can see.
What qualifies me for this role is not just my background, but the environments I’ve worked in where outcomes matter. I currently serve as a Disaster Recovery Specialist with the United States Small Business Administration, where I work directly with renters, homeowners, and small businesses in federally declared disaster areas. That work requires coordination across agencies, clear communication, and the ability to deliver resources in real time when people need them most.
I also have experience in healthcare workforce and talent operations within one of the largest healthcare systems in the country, where I saw how access to care depends on staffing, coordination, and how well systems are managed. In addition, I have served my community locally, working directly with residents to address everyday challenges and improve quality of life.
Across these roles, I’ve developed a practical understanding of how systems function, where they break down, and what it takes to fix them. Los Angeles County does not need more of the same approaches that have led to the challenges we see today. It needs leadership focused on solutions that work, accountability that delivers results, and a willingness to improve systems rather than maintain the status quo. I’m not coming into this role to learn how government works. I’ve worked inside complex systems, and I’m prepared to bring accountability, coordination, and real solutions to the County. This role requires execution, not theory. That is what I bring.
