1.Affordability and housing: I will focus on increasing housing opportunities for working families while reducing unnecessary regulations that drive up costs and delay responsible development. Families should be able to live and work in the communities they love.

2.Public safety and accountability: Safe communities are essential. I will support policies that strengthen public safety, ensure accountability in government decisions, and prioritize practical solutions to issues like homelessness and community well-being.

3.Parental rights and education: Parents deserve a strong voice in their children’s education. I will advocate for transparency, school choice, and policies that ensure safe, respectful learning environments where every student has the opportunity to succeed.
I am a small business owner, parent, and community advocate who understands the challenges families and local businesses face every day. Through my professional experience, I have developed strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, along with a deep appreciation for fiscal responsibility and accountability.

My involvement in the community has given me firsthand insight into issues such as education, public safety, and the rising cost of living. I have worked closely with parents and community members to advocate for transparency and common-sense solutions that reflect the needs and values of local residents.

I am running for office to bring a practical, community-focused perspective to Sacramento—one that prioritizes families, supports economic opportunity, and ensures that government is responsive, transparent, and accountable to the people it serves.
I support addressing California’s housing shortage, but I do not believe current laws have effectively solved the problem. Too often, they add layers of regulation without meaningfully increasing the supply of affordable housing.

If elected, I would focus on reducing burdensome regulations, streamlining approvals, and making it easier to build housing for working families. We need practical, common-sense solutions that increase supply and lower costs, rather than policies that create delays and drive prices higher.

My goal is to expand access to housing by supporting responsible development, ensuring accountability, and prioritizing solutions that deliver real results for middle- and low-income Californians.
To support our students, we must move away from "one-size-fits-all" mandates and return to solutions that prioritize families and local communities. My strategy focuses on:

Empowering Parents and Local Districts: I advocate for greater local control over education funding, allowing schools to tailor resources to the specific needs of their students rather than following top-down directives from Sacramento.

Expanding Career Technical Education (CTE): Not every student’s path leads to a four-year university. We must strengthen vocational training and apprenticeships in high school so young Californians can graduate with the skills needed for high-paying, "head-of-household" jobs in our local economy.

Focusing on Foundational Excellence: We need to prioritize core academic proficiency literacy and math and ensure safe, respectful learning environments. This includes supporting the rights of parents to be primary partners in their children’s education.

Targeted Community Partnerships: I support public-private partnerships that provide students with mentorships and stable resources, ensuring that a student’s zip code does not determine their academic potential.
California must take a balanced, long-term approach to meeting our water needs by increasing supply, improving infrastructure, and promoting responsible use.

I support expanding water storage through projects such as reservoirs and groundwater recharge, as well as investing in modernizing our water infrastructure to reduce waste and improve reliability. We should also streamline the approval process for critical water projects so they can be completed more efficiently.

In addition, I support policies that encourage water recycling, conservation, and the development of innovative solutions like desalination where appropriate. It is important that we protect our agricultural communities while ensuring that urban areas have reliable access to clean water.

My priority is to support practical, forward-looking solutions that ensure a stable, affordable, and sustainable water supply for all Californians.
