Affordability is the crisis people are living through right now. Rent, healthcare, childcare, and basic necessities are too expensive. I will introduce national rent stabilization and enforce strong tenant protections to stop rent gouging. I support Medicare for All to guarantee healthcare as a right. I will fight for universal childcare, major investment in affordable housing, and a living wage tied to the real cost of living so working people can afford to live with stability and dignity.

Sustainability means building an economy people can actually live in. It is about lowering costs, expanding clean energy, addressing the climate crisis, and creating stable, good paying jobs. I support large scale federal investment in energy efficient and climate resilient infrastructure, including modernizing public housing to reduce energy costs and create clean energy jobs. This is how we lower costs while securing our future.

Criminal justice reform requires real structural change. I support ending mass incarceration, eliminating cash bail, and investing in community based safety, mental health care, and prevention. I support abolishing ICE and holding agents accountable for the injustices they have caused. The current system is abusive and must be dismantled.

Accountability is non negotiable. On day one, I will introduce Articles of Impeachment against Donald Trump. No hesitation. No exceptions. No one is above the law.
For the past 10 years, I have advocated for Black, Brown, and marginalized communities. I have fought for accountability, fairness, and equal protection under the law. That work has given me firsthand experience challenging injustice, organizing communities, and achieving measurable change.

My educational background reflects a long-term commitment to public service and legal reform. I hold an associate degree in criminal justice, a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in addiction, and a master’s degree in legal studies. I will graduate from law school in April 2026. These degrees have provided me with a strong understanding of the legal system, human behavior, and structural inequities.

I also bring lived experience. I am a former foster youth and a survivor of domestic violence. I have faced systemic barriers and understand how institutions often fail the most vulnerable. These experiences drive my commitment to policies that protect and uplift communities.

I am running for Congress with the education, professional experience, and lived perspective to provide bold, accountable leadership and fight for real change.
Immigration laws must be changed because the current system does exactly what it was designed to do: control, punish, and exploit vulnerable communities. It continues to harm families every day. As a civil rights leader, I have seen how these policies force people into fear and uncertainty while providing no real public safety. People seeking safety, work, or opportunity should never be treated as criminals.

I support abolishing ICE. The agency has repeatedly carried out inhumane practices and caused deep harm to families and communities. Its continued existence does not make anyone safer. Abolishing ICE is necessary to hold the system accountable and stop these abuses.

Enforcement should be limited, targeted, and accountable. Immigrants seeking asylum, work, or a path to citizenship must be treated with fairness and dignity. Immigration laws must protect vulnerable people and dismantle the structures that perpetuate oppression.

Communities are stronger when families are safe and supported. Resources must be invested in legal support, integration, and community programs instead of detention and deportation.

I will fight to create immigration laws that uphold justice, human dignity, and accountability.
I support taking money out of politics. Political donations from wealthy individuals, corporations, Super-PACs, and organizations like AIPAC have no place in our democracy. One cannot serve the people while being sold out to powerful donors.

I would support legislation to eliminate all dark money and corporate contributions to campaigns. Elected officials must be accountable to the voters, not to special interests. Public financing of campaigns, strict limits on contributions, and banning Super-PAC influence are necessary to ensure that every voice counts equally.

Our democracy works only when the people hold power, not the money. I will fight to end the influence of big donors and special interests so that government serves the public, not the highest bidder.
California is facing a water crisis. Shortages, pollution, and inequitable access are threatening communities, agriculture, and the environment. The federal government must act boldly to ensure safe, reliable water for all Californians.

I oppose data centers and battery manufacturing facilities in California. These industries consume enormous amounts of water while families, farms, and communities go without. Corporate and industrial uses must never take precedence over human needs and the environment.

I support federal investment in water infrastructure that conserves water, improves efficiency, and protects ecosystems. This includes modernizing reservoirs and canals, repairing pipelines, expanding sustainable storage, and promoting water-saving technologies for homes and farms.

Water quality must be a federal priority. Communities should never face contaminated drinking water, especially low-income and rural areas. I would back stricter enforcement of the Safe Drinking Water Act, funding to remove lead and other contaminants, and programs to clean polluted rivers, streams, and aquifers.

Federal water allocation policies must prioritize human needs and environmental sustainability over corporate or industrial profit. Agriculture, urban communities, and the environment must share resources fairly, guided by science and equity.

I will fight for bold policies and reforms that guarantee safe, sustainable water for all communities and prevent industries from draining our most vital resource.
