Ballot Designation Attorney-At-Law
Tackling Affordability, Law Enforcement, and Environmental justice.
As an Attorney, I have worked as a Deputy Public Defender, Deputy District Attorney and Law Professor. I am in private practice now..working in Family law, Criminal Defense, and Civil Litigation. I have worked in Law Enforcement in the past. I believe that public service is a virtue and a vehicle, to better the lives of the Electorate. As Congressman, I will fight vigorously and relentlessly in Congress, to improve the lives of all CD7 families and residents.
Yes, immigration laws should be changed. Legal immigration should be encouraged. It should be less burdensome for migrants in this pathway, to actualize their objectives...of becoming citizens. We are a nation of laws. By definition..illegal immigration is unlawful. It ought to be discouraged.
Sunlight is the best disinfectant. I will support any bill that demands a public list of any donation amount, purpose, source and the politician who is receiving the funds.
I will support policies that increases the allocation of water rights, access and control to California state and local authorities, especially for CA district 7.
