MONTANA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSIONER DISTRICT 1
Public Service Commissioners are elected to four-year terms. The Public Service Commission (PSC) generally regulates private, investor-owned natural gas, electrice, telephone, water and private sewer companies doing business in Montana. In addition, the PSC regulates certain kinds of transportation companies, including garbage hauling.
