My service as Probate Judge from 1986 to 1998 and again from 2010 to 2018 provided extensive legal training and practical knowledge directly relevant to the office. Over those years, I gained a deep understanding with the laws and procedures regarding probate. I completed all requirements for judicial education and compliance with New Mexico Law and Supreme Court Rules.
I would re-evaluate the current office hours of the Cibola County Probate Court.
I would educate the public by providing clear and easy to understand information about court process, printed materials and online resources. My goal will be to make the probate process, more accessible, transparent, and less overwhelming for everyone.
I am a lifelong resident of Cibola County and have a deep commitment to serving my community. I bring years of experience in the court system and a strong understanding of probate matters.
