I served on the boards of two homeowners associations in California before moving to Los Alamos where I was the president of the Quemazon association. I currently work with homeowners as part of the Pajarito Acres Architectural Committee.
I was a real estate appraiser and appraisal business owner for over twenty years holding state licenses in California, Wisconsin and New Mexico. I also served as a Realty Specialist and Staff Appraiser for the U.S. Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, based in Naples, Italy where I performed complex appraisals of commercial and industrial properties throughout southern Europe and Bahrain.
The computer systems are designed to be fair and transparent. However, understandably, variations in individual properties might not be properly valued. Therefore, I plan to be available to anyone having a concern and will see that such variations are accurately valued.
I was an early adopter of computer technology in my appraisal practices and understand the limitations and security risks involved. I will do everything I can to ensure that systems are safe and that confidential financial information is protected.
