I bring real-world experience and a strong record of service. As an emergency planner and first responder, I’ve handled complex and high-consequence issues that require coordination, clear communication and accountability. I know how to listen, make informed decisions and follow through.
I focus on public safety, responsible growth and fiscal accountability. That means supporting first responders, aligning development with infrastructure and ensuring tax dollars are spent wisely. I set clear priorities, measure results and adjust as needed to deliver real outcomes for our community.
Transparency must come before decisions. I support earlier public notification, plain language summaries of agenda items and more community engagement. We have to be accessible, predictable and responsive to our residents.
Growth cannot outpace water. I would require verified, sustainable water sources before approval, support conservation efforts and coordinate with water authorities. Responsible growth means protecting our future.
We need better prioritization, coordination and accountability. I would rank projects by impact and urgency, improve coordination across departments, set clear timelines and track progress.
