At this time, I am support of the Central Committee to appoint someone because the special election can be costly to the constituents unless there is a vote for the special election to occur.
I will use the following criteria such as legal qualifications like residency, age, party affiliation, community leadership, policy knowledge, and the ability to run in the next primary election.

My reasons to want to serve on the Central Committee are the following: the committee is the grassroots leadership role that is focus on local political candidates, getting the communities, members to vote like conducting voter registration, and helping democratic candidates to be elected.
This will be done by standardizing the application process, having a transparent process, using a diverse interview process to avoid bias, and ensuring that the ethical guidelines are follow.
