Smart growth is important. Preservation of our farmland. Parks and recreational areas for our community. Solar energy is important, however it needs to be placed in area which are not eliminating our farmland
An active and public oriented Health Dept. is necessary to provide services to all residents but especially to the lower income individuals which are often neglected
Growth in industries, and manufacturing are necessary to allow the citizens to make a livable wage. AI and tech are a growing segment of the workforce and our children need to be educated for these jobs, as well as for blue collar jobs, such as electrical, plumbing, healthcare, and other hands on jobs.
Smaller more economical housing needs to be build. 12 hundred and 14 hundred square foot homes used to be common and affordable. Now everyone wants to build 3 thousand square foot homes which are unaffordable for many. Another factor in home affordability which isn't spoken about much is the cost of insurance, electricity, and property taxes.

I currently serve as a Wicomico County Councilman At-Large and bring real-world experience as a small business owner. I have worked to lower taxes, support public safety, and improve infrastructure. My hands-on approach, accessibility to residents, and record of delivering results prepare me to continue serving effectively.
I support responsible growth that protects our rural character while encouraging smart development in appropriate areas. My priorities include strengthening agriculture, improving infrastructure, and ensuring transparency in zoning decisions so growth benefits residents without overburdening taxpayers or services.
Public health starts with strong emergency services, clean water, and safe communities. I support investments in EMS, mental health resources, and partnerships with local providers. We must also address substance abuse and ensure residents have access to quality care across the county.
We must create a business-friendly environment by reducing red tape, lowering taxes, and investing in infrastructure. Supporting small businesses, workforce development, and partnerships with local schools will help attract new industries and create good-paying jobs for our residents.
We need practical solutions that increase housing supply without overregulation. I support working with developers to streamline approvals, encouraging mixed housing options, and investing in infrastructure to open new areas for growth while keeping communities safe and sustainable.
