All my career positions have been centered around Law Enforcement and the Law. I have been serving as a Orphan’s Court for the past 12 years. Each year I have gained more and more knowledge dealing with Wills and Estates.
To be above reproach and do what is right for the citizens who come before us.
Mostly dealing with persons who self represent themselves dealing with a love one who has passed.
My experience as a small business owner has required careful financial oversight, review of legal documents, and responsible decision-making. I regularly evaluate contracts, records, and financial matters while serving members of our community. These experiences have prepared me to approach the responsibilities of the Orphans’ Court with fairness, attention to detail, and respect for families navigating the probate process.
My priorities are fairness, efficiency, and accessibility. The Orphans’ Court should ensure estates are administered properly while treating families with respect during difficult times. I believe the court must remain transparent and understandable for the public while maintaining strong collaboration with the Register of Wills and the legal community to ensure the probate process runs smoothly.
One of the greatest challenges facing the Orphans’ Court is that many families are unfamiliar with the probate process until they are suddenly responsible for an estate. This can create confusion and delays. The court should focus on clear communication, consistent decision-making, and professionalism so families can navigate the process with confidence and trust in the system.

My experience has prepared me well for the responsibilities of serving as a Judge through a combination of legal knowledge, casework, and leadership. I bring a solid foundation in probate law, including estates, guardianships, and fiduciary responsibilities. The interest and wishes of parents and loved ones are most important to me. I have also developed strong judicial temperament and decision-making skills. I am deeply committed to public accessibility to the court.
If again entrusted with serving as Chief Judge of the Orphans Court, my priorities would focus on fairness, efficiency, and trust. Every case needs to be handled with fairness and protection of vulnerable individuals, no matter weather represented by a lawyer or handled by family members alone
The greatest challenge of the court would be to improve the timeless and efficiency of court cases. Delays can create unnecessary financial and emotion burdens for families. I will focus on streamlining the processes, reducing backlogs, and supporting court staff to ensure cases move forward as smoothly as possible
