The County Clerk is an elected official whose office serves as the administrative arm of the Winnebago County Government. The duties and responsibilities of the County Clerk's office are divided into four categories: Elections, Vital Records, Taxes and Board Records. The Clerk's Office provides a number of services and our well-trained staff are here to provide friendly, courteous and efficient service, and to make your visit to the Clerk's office a very pleasant one.
